The service works on content you provide and does not create a resume from scratch. The service rewrites and improves existing content but does not guarantee accuracy or completeness.
Using MaxfitResume does not guarantee interviews, job offers, or any particular employment outcome. Our suggestions are intended to improve clarity and alignment, but hiring decisions remain entirely with employers.
You are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information in your resume. You should carefully review any suggested changes before using an optimized version in real job applications.
Payments for downloadable optimized resumes are processed securely through third-party payment providers. By completing a purchase, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge the payment method you provide.
Due to the digital nature of this product and the availability of a free preview before purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable except in cases of technical issues affecting the final delivered file. Refunds are only provided if you are unable to download your file, receive a corrupted file, or if the final output differs significantly from the preview shown before purchase. If you experience any such issue, please contact support@maxfitresume.com within 48 hours of purchase and include your Job ID so we can investigate and resolve the problem promptly. We will first attempt to fix the issue or provide a corrected file. A refund will only be issued if the issue cannot be resolved. Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction with wording, results, or output quality, as users are able to preview optimizations before completing their purchase.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MaxfitResume is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
